Official Rules and Regulations – This is not a lottery and no money or purchase is required to enter. To be eligible for prize drawing you must do the following- 1) Follow us on social media, comment on one of our videos, like and share the post to your page. 2) Write a “5” star Yelp or Google review. 3) Take a screenshot of these two competed steps and email them to us. Once the three steps have been completed and screenshots emailed to Alta Vista, you will be entered into the drawing. Any applicable taxes, insurance, and miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws/regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to these rules and decisions of judges, which are final in all respects. No correspondence about entries will be entered into, nor entries acknowledged or returned. All the entries become the property of the sponsor (Alta Vista). Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, stolen, ineligible or misdirected entries. No prize transfer or substitution, except as determined by sponsor. The prize is a $100.00 AMEX, VISA or MasterCard cash gift card, or check, to be used as desired by the winner. The winning entry will be selected by random drawing from all eligible contest entries. There is no limit to the number of entries a contestant can submit i.e. one entry per review and social media interaction and sharing our content. Drawings will be held July 31 (for entries submitted from January through June) and January 31 (for entries submitted from July through December). Alta vista reserves the right to amend the rules if circumstances require.
