Official Rules and Regulations – Entry can be achieved by completing an Alta Vista customer survey form or by requesting an application in writing, completing the application and mailing it to Alta Vista. This is not a lottery and no money or purchase is required to enter. Once the home inspection survey has been completed and returned to Alta Vista, or the application received by Alta Vista, you will be entered into the drawing. Any applicable taxes, insurance, and miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws/regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to these rules and decisions of judges, which are final in all respects. No correspondence about entries will be entered into, nor entries acknowledged or returned. All the entries become the property of the sponsor (Alta Vista). Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, stolen, ineligible or misdirected entries. No prize transfer or substitution, except as determined by sponsor. The prize is a $100.00 AMEX, VISA or MasterCard cash gift card, or check, to be used as desired by the winner. The winning entry will be selected by random drawing from all eligible contest entries. To be eligible, each survey form/application must be completed in full. There is no limit to the number of entries a contestant can submit i.e. one entry per survey form or original application form. Drawings will be held January 31, 2020 (for entries submitted from July 2019 through December 2019) and July 31, 2020 (for entries submitted from January 2020 through June 2020). Alta vista reserves the right to amend the rules if circumstances require. No mechanically reproduced or copied entry forms will be accepted.
