The Alta Vista 100-Day Inspection Guarantee – Is it for real?
Occasionally, we hear that "Our guarantee is just too good to be true" Here are just a few examples, where we have helped clients resolve issues that developed after the inspection.

The green device (in the photo above) is a gas pressure regulator that failed several weeks after we did the home inspection. The Home Warranty Company refused to fix it. The client was told it would cost about $600 to replace the gas pressure regulator. We replaced it for them, under our Exclusive 100-Day Guarantee, at no cost to them. The client was so pleased, they wrote a very nice review of Alta Vista, on the Arizona Better Business Bureau website.
The circuit breaker (black item) was working when we did the home inspection. It failed shortly after the client moved into their home. We replaced it at no charge.
The margarine bowl was used to save one of our client from spending about $5,000 to repair their shower. They were told by a contractor, that the entire shower had to be disassembled to remove the water under the shower floor. We used the bowl and a shop vac to extract the water. The client was so pleased, they used the same REALTOR, who referred them to us, for their next three transactions (so far)!
The brass tool was used to fix another shower problem. The client was told by a plumber, that it would cost about $1,000 to fix the hot water problem with their shower. We used the brass tool to open a hidden valve. Shower fixed at no cost! This resulted in another positive review on the Arizona Better Business Bureau website.
These are just a few examples, of situations in which we have saved our clients from having to spend money on repairs. Why do we do this? We spend on lot of time on volunteer projects for people who are total strangers. Why not spend some volunteer time to help our customers?
We look forward to the opportunity to inspect your new home!
